Inaugural Smart 50 Class Honored in Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 14, 2014 -- Smart Business magazine announces the first Smart 50 Awards in Pittsburgh, recognizing the top 50 executives in the region for effectively building and leading successful organizations.
The awards ceremony will take place Nov. 19 at the Marriott Pittsburgh City Center in downtown Pittsburgh and will include an awards presentation and a keynote address on what it takes to lead a successful “smart” company.
“We’re excited to honor the inaugural class of Smart 50 winners in Pittsburgh, to recognize the leadership and impact they have on the community and the region,” said Dustin S. Klein, publisher of Smart Business, a publisher of 14 regional business publications including Smart Business Pittsburgh. “Each of them demonstrates what it takes to be a strong and innovative leader by effectively building and leading successful organizations.”
A select few Pittsburgh honorees will also be recognized at the event with special awards for their innovation, impact and sustainability.
In Pittsburgh, the Smart 50 is presented by Chase and is sponsored by Carnegie Mellon University, Fragasso Financial Advisors, the HDH Group, Clark Hill and the Marriott Pittsburgh City Center.
In addition to the Nov. 19 awards event, the Smart 50 2014 honorees will be recognized in a special editorial report in the November edition of Smart Business Pittsburgh.
