(Nov. 13, 2014) — Digital marketing software-as-a-service platform Offerpop has added five new senior executives and promoted another three executives as the company grows rapidly following its $15 million Series C funding round, which was announced in June.
Offerpop’s new executives include Stephane Cinguino, Vice President of Product. Cinguino was formerly the Vice President of Product Strategy for global marketing platforms with Experian and the Chief Technology Officer at CheetahMail France. Cinguino brings a deep understanding of enterprise marketing technology and data to the Offerpop team.
Jason Shao joined Offerpop as the VP of Engineering. Jason leads all of Offerpop’s software development, architecture, and quality assurance efforts. Jason Shao was most recently the VP Engineering at PlaceIQ. Prior to that, Jason was VP Technology at PulsePoint.
Dwight Lee has also joined to lead Offerpop’s DevOps and information security. He was formerly the Vice President of Global Technology Operations at Recyclebank, and has also led technology operations for 24/7 Real Media.
Teresa Thomas joined as Offerpop’s new Vice President of People. She comes to Offerpop from Mode Media, where she was the Vice President of Human Resources. Thomas also has prior HR leadership and management experience at CurrentTV, Yahoo!, and Levi’s. Thomas will lead the recruiting and hiring of Offerpop’s rapidly growing workforce, as well as all human resources initiatives and programs.
Mike Lee joined Offerpop as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics. He is the former Vice President of Finance at H.Bloom, and has prior experience at Amazon and CitiGroup.
