Taylor Morrison to Give Austin Homebuyers a Sneak Peek at its First 55+ Community in Austin
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) November 14, 2014 -- The first 55+ community in Austin from Taylor Morrison will offer homebuyers a sneak peek at what the community will look like when the Austin homebuilder holds its first information event on November 20.
Heritage at Vizcaya, which is set to debut this winter within the homebuilder’s new master-planned community in Round Rock, will hold its information event from 4 to 7 p.m. at the United Heritage Center at the Dell Diamond. The center is located at 3400 E. Palm Valley Boulevard in Round Rock. The event is open to the public.
The homes at the 55+ Heritage at Vizcaya will offer a diverse array of floor plans designed to maximize living space and will create opportunities to squeeze the most out of life. Homes will feature open layouts, spacious master suites, gourmet kitchens and an array of upgrade options, according to Michael Lindeman, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Austin division.
“The Heritage collection includes some of our most popular single-story floor plans,” Lindeman said. “We’re putting the focus back on the homebuyer experience with our Heritage at Vizcaya collection. We think Austin homebuyers will appreciate that.”
In all, 12 floor plans will be available. Sales begin in January and prices will start from the mid-$200,000s.
Lindeman said one of the ways lifestyle will stay the central focus at Vizcaya is through the community’s planned clubhouse, which will feature an onsite lifestyle director to help plan activity opportunities for residents. In addition, the amenity center is scheduled to include fitness and aerobic center, meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, card and craft rooms as well as a billiard room.
“We’re looking at creating a destination community for homebuyers who want to see their lives enhanced by the community around them,” Lindeman said.
The 477-acre tract of land, located in Round Rock, will see a second lineup of homes from the homebuilder in 2015. The all ages Homestead collection follows the Heritage opening, in spring 2015, and company officials said Vizcaya will yield more than 1,200 home sites and a total of four Taylor Morrison product lines total when finished.
The project is well positioned for Austin homebuyers, Lindeman said, noting its close proximity to both I-35 and the SH 130 toll road. Downtown Austin is a short drive from Heritage at Vizcaya, as is the new Seton Medical Center, Texas State University, Austin Community College, Texas A&M Health Science Center and plenty of local shopping and dining destinations.
