Keystone Partners Named to ‘2014 Top Places to Work’ by the Boston Globe
Boston, MA (PRWEB) November 17, 2014 -- Keystone Partners, the Boston area offices of Career Partners International, a leading global provider of outplacement, career transition, executive coaching and other talent management services, announced today that it has been named a ‘2014 Top Places to Work’ by the Boston Globe.
Keystone Partners, which is comprised of Camden Consulting Group, Essex Partners and Keystone Associates, was also named a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe in 2012. Each year, the Boston Globe spotlights the region’s best employers based on surveys completed by the people who know these companies the best - the employees themselves.
“We are honored to be named ’2014 Top Places to Work,’" said Ralph Roberto, President of Keystone Partners, a Career Partners International cofounding firm. “It’s an even greater honor because it comes from our own staff. It’s really exciting to know that our commitment to creating a strong and meaningful company culture is working and that our employees enjoy coming to work each day. We are committed to continually improving so we can continue to retain our most valuable asset, our staff.”
“Employer success can’t be measured solely in profits and revenue,” said Boston Globe Business Editor, Mark Pothier. “What matters most to employers are their people. This year’s winning companies go above and beyond to motivate and challenge their workers, which tends to encourage innovation and loyalty.”
“I think I speak for the entire staff when I say that we are thrilled to have made The Boston Globe’s ‘Top Places to Work’ list,” said Stephanie Daniel, Senior Vice President for Keystone Associates. “Our management team puts a lot of thought, time and effort into making Keystone a great place to work, and it’s exciting to see those efforts have been recognized beyond the confines of our offices.”
The Boston Globe’s ‘2014 Top Places to Work’ survey was conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics of Exton, P.A., specialists in employee engagement and retention. The Boston Globe invited 1,586 employers to participate in the survey; 304 organizations employing a total of 210,000 people completed the process. Completed surveys were received from 81,907 individuals who rated their employers based on workplace practices in compensation, leadership, appreciation, career opportunities and management.
