“At LeasePlan. everyone openly shares their ideas which allows us to create better processes to meet our clients’ needs. We really make the phrase ‘work hard play hard’ a reality,” added Tony Blezien, vice president, operations.

LeasePlan USA is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces.

LeasePlan creates a unique culture where employees can openly share their ideas and opinions. To help employees share and implement new ideas, LeasePlan created its Quality Improvement Process, a program that allows employees to improve a process with the client experience in mind. There have been 60 employees enrolled in this program since its implementation in 2007 with a graduate currently residing in every department within LeasePlan. In addition to allowing employees to share their ideas, LeasePlan creates a fun atmosphere through its annual employee appreciation week, turkey bowling, and other employee focused events. The balance created at LeasePlan makes it one of the top workplaces.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States. Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees. Through its workplace improvement offerings, WorkplaceDynamics provides solutions, training and tools to help clients improve their workplace.

“2014 is ending on a high note for us at LeasePlan. It is a great honor to be recognized as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces.
