Garden of Flavor Combines Organic Superfoods and Probiotics to Make Innovative Cold-Pressed Juices

The world’s largest beverage awards contest, the World Beverage Innovation Awards, were recently held at BrauBeviale in Nuremberg, Germany. The expert judging panel analysed over 325 entries from 40 countries in 26 categories. Entries flooded in across the globe from the largest beverage companies such as Coca Cola and Nestlé down to SME’s and start ups.

The exciting Garden of Flavor brand was deemed the winner of the Best Juice or juice drink category, with one judge commenting, “this is a sum of health and cutting edge technology. A single solution for a modern while vintage lifestyle.” Another judge added “Garden of Flavor pushes the boundaries of the category creating a new niche segment.”

Garden of Flavor juices are cold-pressed, organic, never heated and made from fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts - just as nature intended.

The brand introduced the first line of organic, cold-pressed, HPP juices with living probiotics in March 2014. They contain the only probiotic that has been proven to survive the cold press process and remain viable throughout the shelf life of the juice. Garden of Flavor uses a variety of ancient superfoods, such as Turmeric, ginger and Goji berries, as well as other USDA certified organic vegetables and fruits in its cold-pressed juices. This combination makes the product truly unique.

Lisa Reed, who originally started Garden of Flavor as a juice bar in Chagrin Falls, Ohio for her wellness clients stated, "it is an honor to be recognized by the World Beverage Innovation Awards for our juices. We strive to make the healthiest, best tasting, organic, cold-pressed juices and for Garden of Flavor to be named the best juice from such a large number of entrants from all over the world is a testament to our commitment to our customers."

FoodBev Media’s Bill Bruce said “Once again we have been overwhelmed with the amount of innovation that is driving the beverage industry. This was evident from the amount of entries, range of new products and packaging ideas, use of new ingredients, great new marketing campaigns and huge variety of nutrition and environmental projects as well as brilliant manufacturing and technology innovations which are set to change the industry.”

Garden of Flavor cold-pressed juices are available at select Whole Foods Markets, Heinen's Grocery Stores and natural food stores throughout Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
