As 6WIND’s new Board Member based in the North America region, Al brings nearly 40 years of executive experience within Telcos, networking equipment providers and IT companies.
Al began his executive career as Vice President of Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC), acquired by HP, where he served for over 20 years. He also served as SVP Americas Support Services for Oracle, Chief Operating Officer for Openwave and CEO for Carrier Access. His most recent CEO position was at Aepona, a mobile applications enablement and management platform, serving top carriers worldwide, which sold to Intel in 2013.
In addition to 6WIND, Al holds two Board positions including Vice Chairman for the Board of Directors at Prime Image, which pioneered the development of the first video time reduction process. He is also Owner Operator and Chairman of Fish & Cross Ranch based in Colorado.
