Minesweeper and Moustaches? Korean Indie Launches RPG Puzzle Game with Movember Event
Seoul, South Korea (PRWEB) November 20, 2014 -- Korean indie studio, Wispsoft, is bringing fans Minesweeper and moustaches today with the launch of their debut title Spirit Sweeper. The three-man team based out of Seoul, South Korea is commemorating the launch with a Movember event. For the first month after release, 5% of purchases will go to the Movember foundation to support prostate cancer research.
Spirit Sweeper is a minesweeper-based, casual game built around a fun and dynamic RPG. Taking place in a fantasy world of Golems, Witches and Knights, players can unlock and collect heroes as they conquer their friends and battle internet strangers for sweeper supremacy. Rather than sweep for mines, however, the goal is to be the first to find ten spirit stones.
Features of the game include:
1) The nostalgia of minesweeper reimagined in a spirited, multiplayer, role-playing game
2) Real-time multiplayer matches to compete for the highest rankings
3) Eight collectable heroes to level up with more planned in updates
4) Special abilities to unlock and master for an edge against opponents
5) Single player mode to practice and perfect your minesweeper skills
“Spirit Sweeper opens up a whole new layer of strategic and fun options to a classic game that people love,” says Yong-Eun Jung, Wispsoft CEO. “We think it will appeal to old fans and newcomers alike around the world.”
