Ostendorf-Morris Promotes Amy Wolf-Fischer to VP, Real Estate Management Services
Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) November 20, 2014 -- Cleveland commercial real estate firm, Ostendorf-Morris (http://www.ostendorf-morris.com), has just promoted Amy Wolf-Fischer to vice president. As a member of the division’s helm, she brings with her more than 15 years of experience in all phases of commercial real estate.
Prior to coming to Ostendorf-Morris, Wolf-Fischer specialized in property management for the Richard E. Jacobs Group. In that capacity, she was instrumental in the group’s signature 58-story, 1.4 million sq. ft. Key Tower in downtown Cleveland. Key elements of this complex included the Cleveland Marriot Hotel, the Historic Society National Bank Building and the Key Tower Center Parking Garage.
Shortly thereafter, she joined the Ostendorf-Morris team, where she has spent the past 13 years. In her ascent to her current position of VP, Real Estate Management Services, Wolf-Fischer has earned such professional designations as Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), both through BOMI International, as well as Certified Leasing Professional with the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association. She is currently managing an expansive building portfolio that encompasses office, retail, warehouse and medical space.
“Our Real Estate Management Services are wide sweeping,” explains Ostendorf-Morris’s spokesperson. “They spread far and wide throughout the greater Cleveland and Akron areas and cover a wide range of services. Anyone who serves in a leadership capacity here must bring with them professional experience spanning property management and distressed assets to facility management, lease administration, building audits and tenant improvement. Those are some pretty big shoes to fill, but if anyone is up for the challenge, it is Amy Wolf-Fischer.”
Wolf-Fischer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University. She is presently Chair of the Building Owners & Managers Association of Cleveland’s (BOMA’s) Professional Development Committee and is a Member, Director of Communications of the Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. of Cleveland.
