The two-day course will help Federal HR practitioners to drive mission achievement by aligning strategic workforce planning with Agency strategic planning and integrating the workforce plan across the human capital lifecycle. Participants will use Management Concept’s Strategic Workforce Planning Model was well as industry best practices including OPM’s workforce planning methodology and both public and commercial sector tools.
