YPO Names Santiago Sanchez 2015-2016 International Chairman

Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) today announced the election of Santiago Sanchez of Mexico as its 2015-2016 chairman of the YPO International Board.

Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) today announced the election of Santiago Sanchez of Mexico as its 2015-2016 chairman of the YPO International Board. The international chairman is YPO’s highest elected office. Sanchez, who currently serves as vice chairman, will take office 1 July 2015.

A member of YPO’s Guadalajara and Mexico One chapters, Sanchez was elected by peers sitting on the organization’s international board. He will be YPO’s 64th international chairman.

Sanchez is president of COA Internacional, a Guadalajara-based company focusing on distribution of dental instruments, materials and equipment. COA Internacional grew its footprint in Latin America by opening offices in Santiago, Chile in 2007. For two consecutive years, the company has earned the prestigious award “Mejores Empresas de Mexico,” which includes the 60 best managed medium-size companies and is run in Mexico by Deloitte, BANAMEX and Tecnologico de Monterrey.

With five fellow YPO members, Sanchez founded the Guadalajara Angel Investors Network, which has successfully pioneered the startup ecosystem in Guadalajara.
