Qualidigm Announces New Senior Director of Compliance and Business Development
WETHERSFIELD, Conn. (PRWEB) November 19, 2014 -- Qualidigm, the national health care consulting company in Wethersfield, Conn., has hired Kristen McClain as senior director of compliance and business development. In this role, McClain provides senior management oversight and direction of corporate compliance and board governance, business development and contracts administration.

As Qualidigm’s newly-appointed senior director of compliance and business development, McClain is responsible for directing and maintaining the company’s compliance program; managing business development and proposal efforts in support of new and existing opportunities; and preparing, analyzing and negotiating contracts for all Qualidigm services and products.
McClain joins Qualidigm from Reed & Associates, CPAs in Old Saybrook, Conn., a regional certified public accounting firm, where as business development manager she led growth activities including proposal development, teaming arrangements and contract negotiation and management with state and federal entities including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She also was formerly the product support manager for LifeCare, Inc. in Shelton, Conn., a work-life company servicing commercial and government clients, where she spearheaded new product development from conception to delivery and created high-quality, results-oriented programs designed to improve clients’ bottom line.
McClain earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn. She was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the New York State Bar and has received several law and academic achievement awards.
