There’s no better way to thank your employees than with a little holiday cheer from Boulevard Café Catering. Just in time for Thanksgiving, the McLean, Virginia-based caterer has released their 2014 Holiday Menu. A la carte Fall Specials include creamy Butternut Squash Bisque served up as the perfect start to a hearty meal, and entrees that range from fruit-and-shallot-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, to Herb-Roasted Beef Medallions and Chipotle Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon.

Boulevard Café Catering’s Holiday Package is offered to serve at least twenty. What a feast it will be, when the revelers are clamoring for seconds. Set the conference table with the finest linens, and serve a menu of Slow Oven Roasted Turkey (with brown gravy), Honey Glazed Ham, Traditional Bread Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Pecan Green Bean Salad — & Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert.

Holiday Platters (to feed 15–20) of Roasted Turkey and Virginia Baked Ham are also available. Boulevard Café has sides and dessert covered, too: Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Brussels Sprouts, and Bourbon Bread Pudding.
