Today AccountMate Software Announces Availability of Feature-Rich Update of AccountMate 9.2
Petaluma, CA (PRWEB) November 19, 2014 -- Today, AccountMate Software Corporation released its update of their flagship AccountMate product line. This latest Build of AccountMate 9.2 for SQL is another example of the consistently updated customizable business management and accounting solution designed to address the needs of small to medium-sized businesses. David Dierke, President & CEO of AccountMate, was quoted, “It is my pleasure to announce that today’s release of AccountMate 9.2 for SQL continues AccountMate’s mission to provide ever-improving financial software for the mid-market which enables clients to grow their business and tailor our solution to fit their own company’s requirements”.
Some of the on-going flexibility provided in this latest AccountMate software build release is obvious in the support of a client’s manufacturing process. One enhancement is the additional support of inventory items with key specifications like color, make, and model. An item specification can be used in the standard Bill of Materials and swapped with a different item specification on each work order. Yet another enhancement is the capability to return prebuild kit items in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module. Clients can choose to either return the entire kit or only return specific kit components. If an RMA order requires substitution, a prebuild kit item can be used as a substitute for a non-kit item and vice versa. This obviously provides additional flexibility.
Key to this AccountMate 9.2 software update is the payroll handling of the option to track paid leave using an anniversary or fiscal accrual year. Each paid leave code can be assigned one of three accrual year options (calendar, fiscal or anniversary) to support the company’s leave accrual policies. In addition, AccountMate has added year and period-end closing options to provide flexibility in a company’s closing processes.
A number of changes have been included as well to make the Reconcile Bank Account function easier for AccountMate clients to use. An example is the addition of a ‘difference’ field to show the amount that is needed in order to complete the bank reconciliation. When this reaches zero, the reconciliation is complete and can be finalized. Another feature helps authorized users who import bank transactions to be able to see the bank statement alongside of the Bank Reconciliation transactions on the AccountMate screen to be able to manually match the imported bank transaction to the Bank Reconciliation transactions. And another requested enhancement is that a default verification date can be set for reconciling bank accounts. A choice can be made between the AccountMate system date and the ending statement date.
Many more requested enhancements by the AccountMate Solution Providers and their clients have been included in this latest Build release. These are a result of prioritization by AccountMate Solutions Providers that work directly with AccountMate clients. This is AccountMate Software Corporation’s guarantee of the highest type of direct reseller feedback in order to continuously improve their products like this AccountMate 9.2 for SQL system release.
