GDUSA's American Package Design Awards Now Open For Entries

Graphic Design USA, the 51 year old magazine for graphic designers and package designers, announces that its annual American Package Design Awards™ competition is now open for entries.

Package design is the difference maker in today's purchasing decisions. Every year, this competitition showcases the best efforts and achievements.

The American Graphic Design Awards™ presented by Graphic Design USA magazine is now open for entries. Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) has been sponsoring competitions for more than five decades to focus attention on areas of growth and opportunity designers, to recognize excellent work, and to emphasize the value that graphic design adds to business and society.

GDUSA's American Package Design Awards is the fastest growing of these programs. The competition covers 20 categories including design for Health and Wellness, Beauty and Personal Care, Food and Beverages, Retail Identities and Store Graphics. There are also special categories for Luxury Packaging, Sustainable Packaging, and Label Design. The initial deadline is December 19, 2014.

The reason for the enormous growth of this annual competition, says GDUSA Editor Gordon Kaye, “is simple if profound.
