Property Solutions Introduces New System for Multifamily Reputation Management
Lehi, UT (PRWEB) November 21, 2014 -- Property Solutions, the multifamily industry’s leader in innovative Platform as a Service (PaaS) technology, announced today the availability of a new reputation management system for property managers. ReputationAdvisor gathers property reviews from across the web into one easy-to-use interface, giving property management professionals the ability to stay on top of what renters are saying about their community. The new offering is a part of Property Solutions’ Entrata Platform and interacts seamlessly with the company’s lead management and resident systems.
“We couldn’t be more excited about the release of ReputationAdvisor,” said Property Solutions Director of SEO/SEM, Veronica Romney. “Our development team researched, tested, and most importantly, listened to what clients said they needed from a reputation management product to make their lives easier. ReputationAdvisor has unique functionalities that help properties monitor and respond to reviews quickly and easily. We’re offering them better control of their online brand.”
Reputation management has become a greater concern to multifamily professionals with the proliferation of online ratings and review sites. Review sites like ApartmentRatings.com, Yelp, and even Google have a profound impact on customers’ leasing decisions. But the typical leasing office often lacks the time or the human resources to keep up with all of these online conversations.
“Before ReputationAdvisor, I was spending way too much time cataloging reviews on Excel spreadsheets, posting them to our community website, then responding to them privately. Reputation Advisor allows me to view all of our online reviews in one spot instead of scouring the internet,” said Megan Clarey, Tandem Property Management Inc’s communications coordinator. “I get to review and respond from the same dashboard that also breaks the review down into more specific categories, showing what our residents love versus what needs improvement in our communities.” Tandem implemented the beta-release of ReputationAdvisor at several properties across its portfolio earlier this year.
The system is now available for general release and includes reporting and response tools, the ability to schedule social media posts in advance, and manageable permissions so companies can provide access to read, reply, edit, or post on a user-by-user basis. ReputationAdvisor also allows properties to set up notifications, pushing daily or weekly updates or property-to-property comparisons to site-level personnel, executives or property owners based on their individual preferences.
“A lot of people are afraid of reviews being negative,” said Clarey. “I say, face them head on. Ask for feedback because it’s not just about your rating, it allows you to see what works and what doesn’t with your residents, which gives us the opportunity to improve our residents’ experience.”
