Horton Group, a leading digital marketing agency, has hired Scott Scrip as Account Executive. Scrip has six years of mass media sales and account management experience and will be responsible for helping manage Horton Group’s broad spectrum of clients.
“It all started in Huntsville, AL., at a Belk Hudson department store, when my father told me, ‘cars need gasoline; that costs money that you don’t have,’” said Scrip. From then on, Scott battled the throes of childhood and young adulthood, eventually making his way to becoming a digital marketing expert.
Prior to joining Horton Group, Scrip worked as a Representative for Primerica, where he conducted presentations to assist client companies and trade associations in better managing their money. Throughout his career, he has held various account executive and account management positions, including Senior Account Executive for Sinclair Broadcast Group and Regional Account Manager for Dave Ramsey.
Scrip earned his degree in mass communication from Lipscomb University. When Scott is not working hard to delight customers at Horton Group, he can be found fishing on the Harpeth River or watching the HBO TV series, Deadwood. In addition, he enjoys spending time with his family.
