Sonicrafter F30 is nearly twice as fast as competing brands.
Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) November 25, 2014
Rockwell's new Sonicrafter F30 is fast, real fast – almost twice as fast as competing brands -- with an industry-breaking oscillating angle of 4°. The 3.5 amp F30 oscillating tool works harder too. In fact, it can absorb 30 lbs. of force before stalling out, while competitors drop out at 22 lbs. of force or less.
This new Sonicrafter is leaner, with a more tapered body. Plus, it’s equipped with true Universal Fit to accept other brands' accessories without compromise. Plus, Hyperlock™ locks down accessories with one metric ton of force to eliminate blade slippage during cuts.
The Rockwell Sonicrafter F30 (RK5131K, $119.99), is available at Lowe’s and other select major retailers. A hard case is included with both the tool and features separate bulk storage areas for quick and easy access to accessories.
One of the most popular benchtop table saws ever to hit the market is the Rockwell® BladeRunner™– the saw that cuts nearly everything, including wood, PVC, plastic, aluminum and ceramic tile, using standard T-shank jigsaw blades. Now, Rockwell has introduced its newest saw, the BladeRunner X2.
BladeRunner X2 accommodates longer and wider workpieces for ripping and crosscutting. The new blade guard assembly also incorporates a splitter, which helps keep straight cuts on track. This saw has a lower profile of 6 ¾ in. high and weighs less than 15 lbs.
The innovative 3000 spm saw is powered by a 5.5-amp motor. The saw’s cutting capacity is 1 ½ in. in wood; 1 ¼ in. in PVC; 3/8 in. in aluminum and ceramic tile, and 1/8 in. in mild steel.
The BladeRunner X2 base is impact resistant and constructed for durability. It’s supported by four, non-marring rubber feet. The body of the saw features a dedicated miter gauge and rip fence storage.
The Rockwell BladeRunner X2 (RK7323, $119.99) is available at http://www.rockwelltools.com and through other online websites, including amazon.com, and local retailers, such as Menards. The Rockwell BladeRunner X2 is covered by the Rockwell 3-year warranty.
Rockwell’s Compact Circular Saw is the first compact circular saw capable of cutting a 2x4 in a single pass. The compact circular saw with a 4-1/2 in. blade is about half the weight and size of a 7-1/4 in. circular saw.
This compact circular saw can essentially replace a DIYer’s or professional’s need for a full-size 7-1/4 in. circular saw. The saw is primarily designed for cutting wood, especially 2 in. nominal lumber materials.
The compact circular saw weighs only 5 lbs., so it is easy to transport and maneuver, especially overhead. Its slim, inline grip design provides great comfort, balance, and control.
The saw’s 4-1/2 in. blade has a kerf that is less than half the thickness of larger 7-1/4 in. circular saw blades. Since this smaller, thinner blade takes much less effort and motor strain to cut through the material, the 5 amp, 3500 rpm saw can match the performance of full-size circular saws.
The compact circular saw features a left-handed blade design for greater cut line visibility. The saw’s bevel cutting adjustment is 0-45°. The saw’s maximum cutting depth at 90° is 1-11/16 in. and its bevel capacity at 45° is 1-1/8 in. In addition, the Compact Circular Saw has a dust extraction port and a 1-1/4 in. vac adapter for dust collection.
The Rockwell Compact Circular Saw accessories include a 4-1/2 in., 24-tooth, carbide-tipped blade, vac adapter, 10-ft. power cord, parallel edge guide, and an allen wrench for blade changes. The compact saw is covered by Rockwell’s 3-year warranty.
The Rockwell Compact Circular Saw (RK3441K, $99.99) is available at http://www.rockwelltools.com and various online and big box retailers.
