New Food and Beverage Company from Portland Oregon has three initial spicy condiment sauces: Chicken Fire, Beef Fire and Pork Fire.

This is the story of Howling Sun Food and Beverage. It is owned by a father and son team and is two years old and expanding. The company is based in Portland, Oregon. The line of spicy condiments have a wide variety of applications for any occasion. There are three flavors currently with more in development: Chicken Fire, Beef Fire and Pork Fire. The sauces span from the Barbeque and Grilling category to General Condiments category. These are very versatile spicy sauces good on just about anything. The spicy sauces are in several well-known NW grocery chains such as Whole Foods (NW) and New Seasons and expanding. The goal is to bring new and healthier spicy condiment sauce choices to a wider grocery market. There are several articles available and a KickStarter campaign for marketing funding to launch 2015 expansion.
