Best Lil’ Porkhouse Brings Serious Finger Lickin’ BBQ to the Alameda South Shore Shopping Center in Time for the 2014 Holiday Season
Alameda, California (PRWEB) November 24, 2014 -- Best Lil’ Porkhouse (BLPH), the organic Bay Area BBQ joint known for serving humanely raised meats, announces the grand opening of its third location, in Alameda South Shore Shopping Center. The new space is roughly 3,600-square-feet, seats 160 people, with a full bar plus wine and craft beers.
“Ken and I look forward to serving East Bay BBQ lovers in our gorgeous new space,” said Christina Flach, one of the founders of BLPH. “We see Alameda as the next destination spot in the Bay Area and South Shore Center is definitely the heart of the island.”
Playfully named dishes like the “When Pigs Fly” pulled chicken sandwich and the “Stairway to Hog Heaven” platter dominate the menu which is designed to curate the best methods across the country. The tender moist fallin-off-the-bone baby back ribs are offered "wet" in St. Louis style, “dry” in Memphis style or “basted” like they enjoy in Kansas City; not to be outdone, the Texas style beef brisket is smoked for 12 hours for optimal tenderness.
To obtain the freshest quality product, BLPH is proud to partner with Snake River Farms, Painted Hills Natural Beef and Mary’s Free Range Chicken. For more information check out http://www.bestlilporkhouse.com/, find them on twitter @BestLilPorkhous and on Instragram @bestlilporkhouse.
