Learn new ways to be a more masterful facilitator. Join Diane Hamilton and Rob McNamara for The Next Stage Facilitation, an advanced, highly engaging three-day workshop with like-minded professionals at St. David’s Episcopal Church, Austin, Texas, January 28-30, 2015.

The Next Stage Facilitation program is foundational for coaches, consultants, group process professionals, and change makers who want to improve their ability to engage groups skillfully and deeply, cultivate a deeper self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to navigate differing personal and cultural perspectives with ease. This Next Stage Facilitation Intensive is a lead-in to the 9-month competency-based Integral Facilitator® Certificate Program.

This three-day intensive program goes beyond traditional skills-based facilitation training by focusing on the development of practitioner responsiveness, agility and presence. By applying the Integral Map to facilitation, the program introduces participants to a rigorous learning pathway of individual development, mindfulness training, tools for working with conflict and culture, and embodied awareness.

“Integral Facilitator offers a set of development learning experiences, tools and tactics designed to help facilitative leaders enact the next stage of facilitation,” said teacher Diane Musho Hamilton. “Armed with an Integral Map, participants will come away with new awareness and new perspectives on group and personal dynamics and will be better equipped to tackle the practical challenges in human collaboration.”
