The combined efforts of Digital Experience Platform vendor Hippo, and Digital Engagement Company AuthX Consulting have helped e-mail marketing industry-leader MailChimp to enhance the customer experience of its self-service web sites. The more than 7 million people who use MailChimp to create, send, and track emails represent companies of all sizes, each with very different content needs to be delivered through the website.

MailChimp was able to seamlessly replace their old knowledge-based system with Hippo without any downtime to their customers who rely on access to the site. Through the use of Hippo features like personalization and multi-channel management, MailChimp will be able to more precisely cater to the diverse needs of their customers by delivering relevant content on any device.
