Betsy the Beader introduces new Bead Jewelry for the holiday shopping season
Ada, Michigan (PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- "Alzheimers healing the heart" is a term familiar to Michigan bead jewelry artisan Betsy Devon, but she didn't envision it driving the successful launch of a new jewelry business this holiday shopping season.
Devon learned that artistic creation was healing for her in the wake of loss from Alzheimers. She didn't know it at the time, but she was starting to build up the jewelry inventory for BetsytheBeader.com years ago when she picked up beading as a healing hobby.
There was no plan for a business. It just felt right. Trips to Sedona for special stones. Learning about the unique properties of earth gems. Relishing the creative space of the beader. Creating. Always creating. Sharing with friends and family.
After a couple years, the creations started piling up. First a handful, then dozens, then hundreds.
No sign of Betsy slowing up at all, and a growing pile of jewelry that the family wasn't quite sure what to do with.
As the years passed, she soaked up everything she could to make her beading better, and it showed.
Her hand made jewelry designs started to show balance along with the flash. Unsolicited comments came when she wore her own necklaces and bracelets. A business was waiting to flourish.
When asked by her boyfriend if she would be willing to share her collection, she said she hadn't really thought about it but that sounded like a nice idea.
That was how Betsy the Beader, Michigan's newest thriving bead jewelry store, started to come together just a short time ago. Now Betsy the Beader bracelets and necklaces are being considered for a variety of product placement opportunities in Hollywood, and her new shop at http://www.betsythebeader.com has already set itself apart from the crowd in the online jewelry space,
How is Betsy feeling with this successful jewelry store business launch? "I'm hoping that someone struggling with Alzheimers disease or the loss of a loved one might see that honoring their creative side could help the healing process" Devon said, and added, "I'm really excited to be sharing my next wave of jewelry creations just in time for the holidays!"
