Scotch Plains, NJ (PRWEB) November 24, 2014 -- NJ Top Docs Presents, Dr. Grant Cooper of Princeton Spine and Joint Center!
The Princeton Spine and Joint Center, LLC was formed by Grant Cooper, MD, and Ana Bracilovic, MD. Ana and Grant met at Princeton High School and stayed close friends as undergraduates at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University. They reunited in medical school at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson and married shortly thereafter. While in New York City during residency training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, The University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell, they resolved to ultimately return home to Princeton and start their own practice with a shared vision of providing highest quality patient care.
The Princeton Spine and Joint Center strives to offer excellent musculoskeletal medical care that is second to none. Without needing to travel to New York City, Philadelphia or Baltimore, they offer premier, individualized, evidence-based treatment of spine, joint, muscle, and nerve pain. Their doctors not only stay up-to-date with the latest musculoskeletal medicine research, they create, publish, edit, and review it. Their doctors not only read textbooks, they write them. Their business model is simple: treat each patient as an individual and achieve good outcomes one patient at a time.
At the Princeton Spine and Joint Center, they use a comprehensive history and physical examination in combination with the most technologically advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to precisely identify the cause of your symptoms and treat you, as well as your pain. They believe patient communication and education are essential during each step of recovery to maximize your function, prevent symptoms from recurring, and improve your overall quality of life.
What truly sets the Princeton Spine and Joint Center apart is uncompromising dedication to the individual. With principles of respect, excellence, integrity and professionalism, they work with you to diagnose your problem, ease your pain, and help you resume your active, pain-free life.
In a recent, small and informal study performed by the Princeton Spine and Joint Center, they “found that 68% of people ages 18-65 reported that pain had “significantly interfered” with their ability to concentrate at work at some point within the last three months and 55% of these respondents felt that their pain had “significantly reduced” their productivity at work. Further, 90% of respondents noted that they did not exercise as much as they would like to and of those 90% of people who reported not exercising as much as they would like, 75% reported that time and/or money was a “significant factor” in their inability to exercise. Clearly these results show that pain is reducing productivity in the workplace and a failure to exercise appears to be a significant contributing factor”.
The days of “take two aspirin and call me in the morning” are long gone. Today, using the most technologically advanced methods and a comprehensive examination, Princeton SJC diagnoses exactly what is causing your pain so they can address it quickly and effectively. Their goal is to work with you to eliminate your pain, safely maximize your function, and improve your quality of life.
