Mercy Health Workshop to Focus on ‘Mindful’ Eating

Truly hungry, or comforting yourself with food? Mindless eating in front of the TV, while driving or at the computer can lead to significant weight gain. Learn to be more aware of what you eat and why during the next “Healthy Eating for You: Eating Mindfulness” presentation.

Registered dietician and community educator Bridget Lackey will lead the informational discussion and answer questions from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Dec. 12 at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown.
