Carolina Meadows Awards $122,000 in Grants to 18 Charities This Holiday Season
Chapel Hill, NC (PRWEB) December 03, 2014 -- Carolina Meadows, a continuing care retirement community serving seniors in the Triangle and beyond for more than 30 years, has recently awarded $122,000 in community grants to 18 local charitable organizations that share its desire to enrich and improve the lives of Chatham County citizens.
