Paul Chicoine, RB, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Elite Pacific Properties, leads the Project Division. “The client was extremely pleased with both the pace of sales and the results that our team produced,” he said. “Although this was a resale project, our team approached it as if it were new home sales team with an extremely affective sales and marketing action plan.
