Elite Resells 20 Luxury Beachfront Villas in Record Time

Elite Pacific Properties, a top volume luxury brokerage firm on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, has successfully completed its first major round of sales. Elite was contracted to resell 20 luxury properties at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

Paul Chicoine, RB, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Elite Pacific Properties, leads the Project Division. “The client was extremely pleased with both the pace of sales and the results that our team produced,” he said. “Although this was a resale project, our team approached it as if it were new home sales team with an extremely affective sales and marketing action plan. Our success was directly linked to our marketing, planning, and full-service team.”

Mr. Chicoine confirmed that Elite Pacific Properties is pursuing additional project sales on all islands. “Elite Pacific Properties has demonstrated that we are a competent, viable option for developers when it comes to project sales,” he said. “We will be working on all islands with some of Hawaii’s finest builders,” he said. “This first project was validation that our team can effectively compete in project sales in addition to our existing residential general brokerage sales and high end luxury vacation rentals.”
