Attentive.ly Wins Silver Stevie® Award in 2014 Stevie Awards For Women in Business
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- Attentive.ly has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Company of the Year – Business Products and Services category in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s top honors for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organizations they run. All individuals and organizations worldwide are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. The 2014 awards received entries from 22 nations and territories.
A hybrid of ‘social listening’ and marketing-automation, Attentive.ly gives enterprise marketing teams the opportunity to gather social data from customers and prospects, and even more importantly, trigger relatively complex multi-channel marketing campaigns based on what they're saying online. Prior to Attentive.ly’s enterprise solution, marketers faced challenges demonstrating an ROI on social “listening” data. Attentive.ly solves this problem by tying into their existing marketing automation workflows.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners last night during a dinner event attended by more than 400 people at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The presentations were broadcast live across the U.S.A., and simulcast around the world, by Biz Talk Radio, and will be featured in a television special on Biz TV in January.
More than 1,200 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Executive of the Year, Company of the Year, Mentor of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Communications Campaign of the Year, among others. Attentive.ly won in the Company of the Year category for Business Products and Services – 10 or less employees.
Acknowledged for its momentum over the past year, Attentive.ly brings home the Silver Stevie for its product innovation, growth, industry awards and press recognition as a “most promising startup.” Since July of 2013, Attentive.ly has enhanced its social marketing automation capabilities to serve enterprise audiences such as The Washington Post and Elasticsearch, contributing to its 100 percent growth in revenue. In addition, Attentive.ly has gained the attention of both industry award associations and media, for its ability to surpass the hurdles modern marketers face with analysis of customers’ social behaviors and large amounts of data captured from social channels. Attentive.ly has been awarded the 2013 RealTime Marketing Challenge prize in Engagement, was a 2014 CampaignNow Top 10 Platform, and is a finalist for the 2014 DMA Awards in social media.
“We’re honored to join such an elite group of powerful women and be presented with the Stevie Award for Women in Business,” said Roz Lemieux, CEO and Co-founder at Attentive.ly. “Our growth and momentum over the past year is a result of our unique ability to allow both enterprise and small business, as well as government and nonprofit groups effectively identify and reach their target audiences. As a proud women-owned business, we are thrilled to have been recognized for our success over the last year.”
Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 160 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process this year.
“In the 11 years of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, we have never had as many impressive women entrepreneurs, organizations, and executives nominated as we did in 2014. Their stories of success and innovation will be an inspiration to women around the globe who dream of starting and growing a business and making a difference.” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards. “We congratulate all of this year’s Grand, Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners for their achievements.”
