NetCom Learning recently was approved by the General Services Administration (GSA) as a GSA Small Business after meeting government requirements. As a GSA approved small business, NetCom Learning is eligible to compete for government contracts under the Small Business Act's GSA Set Aside program. In addition to the GSA Set Aside program, NetCom Learning now accepts GSA SmartPay, GCPC credit cards and is now a participant in the GSA Advantage program, the government online purchasing service.

According to the General Services Administration, almost 80% of GSA contractors are small businesses.
