Superior Walls Anticipates Strong Sales in 2015
New Holland, PA (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- On target for its second year of double digit growth, Superior Walls of America is poised for continued success with the production and sale of its precast concrete panels in 2015. Company leaders site new Canadian operations and the steadily-growing housing market as reasons they expect strong sales in the coming year.
"In 2014 we launched two new Canadian licensees and continued to see growth for our U.S. manufacturing operations," says Keith Weller, CFO of Superior Walls of America. "Moving into 2015 we believe our company will continue having solid sales increases as the housing industry keeps growing steadily and the marketplace more widely embraces precast concrete foundations."
Weller sees the majority of his company's sales in 2015 coming from the popular Superior Walls® Xi™ product, which features steel reinforced concrete and 2-1/2-inches of insulation to create a barrier against sidewall water penetration. The panels are custom designed and constructed in a factory-controlled setting. Unique features of the Xi wall panels include:
- 5,000+ PSI concrete
- Steel-reinforced top bond beams, concrete studs and footer beams
- Horizontal steel rebar inside top and bottom beams
- Vertical steel rebar inside each stud
- Insulated access holes for ease in wiring and plumbing
- Galvanized steel stud facing ready for drywall finishing
- Insulated corners, studs and bond beams
"The Xi product line is a solid cornerstone for us, with the more advanced Xi Plus line growing all the time," says Weller. "Geographically, I believe we're looking to continue expansion in the Canadian market in 2015 along with targeted areas in the United States."
Superior Walls of America has ten licensees throughout the country and two in Canada that manufacture precast concrete panels. The Superior Walls insulated precast concrete wall systems have earned the National Green Building Standard™ Green Certified Product designation by Home Innovation Research Labs (formerly the NAHB Research Center). For homeowners, the benefits of Superior Walls foundations systems are substantial. The energy-efficient walls help lower energy costs and reduce energy leakage while providing increased living space in a comfortable setting.
