Indaba Group and Interstellar Form Strategic Partnership
Denver, CO (PRWEB) December 03, 2014 -- Indaba Group, an award-winning ecommerce development agency, and Interstellar, a new and burgeoning digital marketing agency, have formed a strategic partnership to enrich their service offerings and create a comprehensive digital solution for existing and potential clients.
The influx of full-service digital agencies that claim to be experts at every service under the sun have left a lot to be desired. Sure, they offer all these services, but they rarely do them well. The Jack of All Trade adage couldn’t be more true--these agencies are masters of none.
This reality is the impetus behind Indaba and Interstellar remaining independent but fully integrated entities. It allows both companies to maintain the integrity of their separate specialties, and offer the best possible services to clients. Interstellar has moved into the Indaba Group headquarters at 2854 Larimer Street in Denver, CO, and they have fully merged teams, services and mentalities.
“To truly help our clients grow their brand and their business, we needed to offer digital marketing services that would drive visibility of and engagement with the sites we development,” says Ryan Shields, CEO of Indaba Group. “But to create a marketing division as part of Indaba didn’t make sense for our business or our clients. This strategic partnership allows us both to maximize impact and minimize risk for everyone involved.”
“We’ve known Ryan and Indaba for years, and have always wanted to work together, but the timing was never right for myriad reasons,” says Angie Pascale, Cofounder of Interstellar. “We finally reached a point in our careers and lives when it made sense to start this agency, and partner with Indaba. We benefit from tapping into Indaba’s existing client roster, and they benefit from further growing the client’s business and creating more established relationships.”
To further meld the two companies, they have created an advisory board that sits atop both. The advisory board is made up of the four executives from both companies--Ryan Shields and Blake Gindi of Indaba Group, and Angie Pascale and Andy Long of Interstellar. The advisory board collaborates to ensure ongoing integration of their services, teams and approaches.
