DataBank Completes Expansion of Their Pine Ridge Data Center
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) December 03, 2014 -- DataBank Holdings, Ltd., a leading provider of data center colocation, cloud and managed services has announced details on the company’s expansion of their Pine Ridge data center facility in Lenexa, Kansas. Numerous customer deployments into the second pod have led to an accelerated completion of the facility’s third pod which encompasses roughly 4,500 square feet of additional raised floor.
The Pine Ridge data center was part of DataBank’s April 2014 acquisition of Arsalon Technologies. The site will now encompass over 12,000 square feet of raised floor and boasts the highest level of data center power delivery and infrastructure specs within the region. The expansion project doubled the on-site utility power, added UPS and cooling capacity, and included the installation of an additional 1.5MW generator to back up utility power feeds.
