Joni House has joined the management consulting firm of Alexander Proudfoot as Executive Vice President. Her primary responsibility is working with client CEOs and senior board members to rapidly implement operational changes that increase shareholder value.
Ms. House has more than 20 years of experience in directing organizational change that focuses on increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved financial results. She has held a variety of senior executive positions, most recently as Assistant Vice President -- Client Executive at Aricent, a global engineering and software services company owned by a private equity investment firm.
She was also President and CEO of The Grayfen Group Inc., a local management consulting firm with specialty in cost reduction.

Ms. House earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and a master of business administration at Georgia State University.
She has been recognized for her community service by the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection and by the YMCA Academy of Women Leaders. Currently, she serves on the board of the Cobb Community Foundation.
