National Association of Professional Allstate Agents Selects The Telcom Group as Preferred Communications Broker and Establishes Scholarship Fund
Santa Rosa Beach, FL (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- The Telcom Group (TTG), a national telecommunications brokerage company, today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with the National Association of Professional Allstate Agents (NAPAA) designating The Telcom Group as NAPAA's "preferred communications broker." TTG is now positioned to assist the more than 12,000 Allstate agency owners identify the telecommunications carriers that offer the best price and service available in their individual markets.
TTG has contracts with multiple telecommunications carriers, which lets the group provide Allstate agents competitive quotes for the telecom services best suited for their specific needs. Overall, The Telcom Group will use its depth of knowledge and relationships to act as an advocate for agents, and the association cited this as a key factor in selecting TTG. In addition, The Telcom Group will supply funding to establish an NAPAA scholarship fund for agents, staff members and their families.
As part of the agreement negotiated by NAPAA, TTG will offer agency owners a free analysis and audit of their current telecommunications systems to ensure they are getting the best price and service possible. According to NAPAA president, Jim Fish, “One of the benefits of working with The Telcom Group is that Allstate agents will get prices from multiple carriers, saving them the hassle of having to shop around. In addition, they will be dealing with seasoned telecommunications professionals who know the business. We encourage agents to take advantage of this opportunity."
Scott Lassiter, president of The Telcom Group, added, “I will use my decade of experience working with the insurance industry to make sure that Allstate agents have access to the technology best suited for them at the lowest possible price. I have multiple major carriers compete for the business and then pass those group savings on to the agents.”
NAPAA executive director, Nancy Fish, discussed another significant group benefit for Allstate agents who use TTG to handle their telecommunications needs, “The Telcom Group has agreed to provide the funding to establish an NAPAA scholarship program. College scholarships will be awarded annually to agents, their family members and staff. NAPAA will work with agents to develop the criteria for these annual awards and design an application process.”
Gloria Ray, The Telcom Group CEO added, “We are honored to be working with NAPAA and Allstate agents across the country.
