Mob Wives' Karen Gravano Discusses Her Return to Season 5 and Tells of Her Dislike for Natalie Guercio on Maria Menounos' AfterBuzz TV Network

After taking last season off due to contract negotiations, Mob Wives is finally getting original member Karen Gravano back for season 5 which premieres December 3rd at 9/8 central. Gravano says, “I think with me being back on the show things are a lot more intense and it makes people act a certain way because I’m the one who’s gonna call you out on your s***.” Karen believes that this is the craziest season. Her dislike for new-blood Natalie Guercio has been made clear saying, “I call her officer Natalie because that’s what she is, she’s a cop caller.”
She also spoke about her disappointment in the girls last season for not standing up for Renee against Natalie and Alicia. “Personally, I would have never let people come and abuse Renee like that…nobody has a backbone.”
Karen hints at the fact that there might be some new people on the show this season, saying, “I don’t know if they’re mob wives or whatever but there will be a very strong gangster presence on the show and I can respect that because I feel like now it’s a playing field where people are in my league.”
Although her most recognizable role is as herself on Mob Wives, Karen is also known for being mob boss Sammy “The Bull’s” daughter, a New York Times best selling author, and entrepreneur. She says, “My father is coming home in two years. I really want to set something up for him to come home to be comfortable. So I have a couple things I am working on, I like this whole marijuana thing.” Gravano says shes's investing in the medical marijuana business and is discussing writing a second book with the possiblity of even a movie.
Season 5 of Mob Wives premieres on VH1 Wednesday December 3rd, 2014 9/8 Central.
