Pace’s father was a career marine, so Pace grew up in a military household. His background taught him the importance of hard work and self-discipline. He has spent the last 24 years with Wal-Mart, Starbucks and Mars leading multi-unit organizations at the executive level and that has given him the opportunity to impact thousands of people throughout his career.
