AmeriLife® Donates Over 400 Cards to Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes Campaign
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) December 02, 2014 -- With the holidays around the corner, AmeriLife, the nation’s premier insurance marketing group, proudly donated over 400 signed greeting cards to their local American Red Cross’s Holiday Mail for Heroes program.
Custom-designed by the company’s Marketing Communications team, the greeting cards donated by AmeriLife included words of thanks, encouragement and holiday cheer for members of our U.S. Armed Forces, veterans and military families, many of whom will be far away from home this holiday season.
“Giving back, especially during the holidays, is very important to our AmeriLife family,” explained CEO Timothy O. North. “Though so simple, the Holiday Mail for Heroes program is such a great way for us to give back, expressing our gratitude to those who have and continue to serve our country.”
To help promote the campaign amongst its home office associates, greeting cards were hand delivered throughout the building and a holiday-decorated mailbox was set-up in the lobby of its headquarters to collect the cards. Several AmeriLife associates submitted multiple cards, and even brought them home to write a personal note with their families.
This is the second year that AmeriLife has participated in the Holiday Mail for Heroes program.
