Ceremony Coffee Roasters Coming to 520 Park Avenue

The Time Group, project developers of 520 Park Avenue, a $30M historic renovation, announced today that Ceremony Coffee Roasters has signed a lease for a 3,000 square foot retail space. Ceremony’s space will be on the south side of the building and features an outdoor seating area facing Park Avenue.

The Time Group, project developers of 520 Park Avenue, a $30M historic renovation, announced today that Ceremony Coffee Roasters has signed a lease for a 3,000 square foot retail space. Ceremony’s space will be on the south side of the building and features an outdoor seating area facing Park Avenue. Ceremony Coffee plans to open in late Spring of 2015.

In addition to the Ceremony Coffee location, Time group is also developing the 15,000 square foot Mount Vernon Marketplace. The Time Group will be announcing tenants for the Mount Vernon Marketplace in the coming weeks.
