At the core of the American economy is the success of the enterprise. A critical and primary factor for an enterprise’s success is how well learning, training and talent development is built, implemented, retained and replicated across the organization. These awards highlight not only the learning culture of the enterprise, but also the strategies and practices implemented among the top learning organizations provide the basis for a year-long content-collaboration Web series hosted and presented by the ELearning! Media Group.

“The Learning! 100 award winners have one thing in common: they have changed the way they invest in learning,” says group publisher Catherine Upton. “Learning is a core success factor within their organization that drives business performance. Every one of us can be inspired and empowered by the Learning! 100 organization’s successes. There is no better way to honor the profession than to share the knowledge with the larger learning community.”

Past winners of these coveted awards include Verizon, 2U (an educational technology company), the American Heart Association, NASCAR, and Scripps Health. The top 100 will be honored at the 2015 Learning! 100 Awards Dinner & Reception on June 9, 2015, at the Enterprise Learning! Conference in Manassas, Va.

Learning! 100 applicants are evaluated on three sets of criteria: (1) EMG’s Learning Culture Index, (2) Collaborative Strategies’ Innovations & Collaboration Rating and (3) Overall Organization Performance.

EMG will review all nominations received by the submission deadline of February 1, 2015. Nomination forms can completed here: http://learn100.b2bmediaco.com/award/form_100.php
