In addition it its new owner, Palmetto Pet Resort has also gained some new staff members, some of whom have similar backgrounds to McLamb. Palmetto Pet Resort is now the only boarding kennel in the midlands owned and operated by a certified, former police canine handler and trainer. The staff also includes former police and military canine handlers.
