Christian Noyer and Kevin Warsh Join the Group of Thirty
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 04, 2014 -- The Group of Thirty (G30) announced today that Christian Noyer and Kevin Warsh have accepted invitations to join the membership of the G30. Christian Noyer is Governor of the Banque de France and Chairman of the Board of Governors of the BIS, and Kevin Warsh is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution.
Dr. Jacob A. Frenkel, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, stated: "We are delighted to welcome Christian Noyer and Kevin Warsh to the Group. The Group of Thirty was founded in 1978. The Group is a private, nonprofit, international body composed of senior participants from the private and public sectors and academia. The Group aims to deepen understanding of international economic and financial issues, to explore the international repercussions of decisions taken in the public and private sectors and to examine the choices available to market practitioners and to policymakers.
