Bornstein, shareholder with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and Yusuf Cassim, VP and associate general counsel for Charles Schwab, will speak on the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Financial Services Committee’s webcast titled “Impact of Recent Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Decisions on Patentability and Enforceability of Financial Services Patents” on Dec. 4, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. ET.
