Leading Shared Space Provider Further Penetrates Market with Systems Upgrades
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 04, 2014 -- Shared space provider HappyDesk announces portal upgrades, including new support system and message board features. The new support system will increase communication and service updates, while the updated message boards will give system administrators the ability to moderate the interaction between clients. Additionally, HappyDesk’s customer portal is now mobile enabled.
“Shared spaces seek HappyDesk to increase revenue, streamline costs and maximize operational efficiency,” says HappyDesk president, Dorthy Bright. “HappyDesk’s new updates will further enhance performance and client interaction, while simultaneously creating community in shared spaces everywhere,” boasts Bright.
HappyDesk’s messages board puts users in control to request topics, receive email notifications and subscribe or unsubscribe to messages boards. Operators have the ability to approve or deny topics and can add all members or individuals to topics.
The support system advancements allow users and operators to see who is working on a request, send files, receive email notifications as well as instant updates. The upgrades also enable operators to have easy access to all information pertaining to the submitted request.
“We’re thrilled to enhance our service and support. HappyDesk truly provides everything needed to operate shared spaces,” says HappyDesk's Chief Technology Officer, Victor Vasev.
