Rubenstein Public Relations Announces New Managing Director Donna Fontana
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 06, 2014 -- Richard Rubenstein, President of Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR), has announced that industry veteran Donna Fontana has joined the agency as Managing Director to oversee client communication and services, while expanding RPR’s practice areas and capabilities.
With more than 20 years of experience, Fontana brings a breadth of experience in brand and corporate communications and cause marketing with an emphasis on consumer lifestyle, health and wellness, and consumer package goods brands. Fontana has a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing brand-differentiating public relations campaigns, as well as successfully engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional communications outcomes.
In her role as Managing Director, Fontana will focus on liaising with clients to facilitate greater communication and superior client service for every account. Working closely with Richard Rubenstein, she will also lead the firm’s efforts to pursue additional industry practice areas and new business opportunities.

In her career spanning more than two decades, Fontana has worked on public relations campaigns for leading brands including PepsiCo, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson, among others. Most recently, she was the Managing Director of K2 Kommunications in New York, where she was responsible for the development of strategic campaigns, client service, measurement, new business and staff development. Previously, she held the position of Vice President of Public Relations for Weight Watchers International for seven years, where she successfully developed multiple public relations campaigns which helped contemporize the brand and increase the brand’s relevancy including award winning product launches, and the development of a new cause marketing platform. In addition, Donna has held senior leadership roles at Ketchum Public Relations and Cairns & Associates.
