From April 29 to May 3, 2013 Paradigm Research Group (PRG) produced a Citizen Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club. Forty-two military/agency/political witnesses and researchers testified for thirty hours over five days before six former members of the U. S. Congress with 80 years of tenure. The subject of this citizen hearing was an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.

Over the past six weeks congressional offices have collectively received over a half million requests to review the CHD testimony encompassed in the delivered 10-disc DVD sets and meet with PRG's lobbyist Stephen Basset to discuss holding hearings early next year. The recorded testimony includes:

  • first hand accounts by retired Air Force officers of non-human controlled craft turning off nuclear missiles in their silos on many occasions.
