Toshiba International Corporation (TIC) today announced the addition of the 1600XPi Series uninterruptible power system (UPS) to the single-phase UPS product offering. The 1600XPi Series is the latest single-phase UPS designed by Toshiba to meet growing demand in the information technology (IT) and retail markets. “The new 1600XPi Series combines the convenience and functionality of the 1600XP with the sleek aesthetics increasingly preferred by our customers,” said Greg Mack, Vice President and General Manager of the TIC Power Electronics Division. “IT businesses and retail centers now have a new option for clean and uninterrupted single-phase power backed by the legacy of reliability and quality provided by Toshiba.”
Available exclusively in black, the 1600XPi Series ensures clean power, no power interruption in the event of a power outage, color match, and is compatible with 19” server racks.
