Retreat on Orgasm and Flow States: The cutting edge of optimal living
San Francisco, California (PRWEB) December 05, 2014 -- This weekend brings OneTaste founder, Nicole Daedone, and Flow Genome Project co-founder, Steven Kotler, back together to teach and lead an experiential weekend retreat on Orgasm and Flow. Both are published authors (Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm; The Rise of Superman: Decoding the Science of Ultimate Human Performance). Steven Kotler spoke at OneTaste's OMXperience in March of 2014 on the connection between orgasm and flow. This weekend participants can expect to learn the leading edge of research about the similarities and the differences between orgasm and flow, and how to access these states, which people often report as the most satisfying and fulfilling states available.
OneTaste is dedicated to teaching people how to have more orgasm in their lives. OneTaste believes that the definition of orgasm has been unnecessarily constrained to the point that people often chase after and limit themselves to just one flavor of orgasm. This flavor of orgasm that OneTaste calls climax often involves a spike of sensation and going over an edge. However, the out of control reception, surrender, and vulnerability that makes orgasm so compelling is more broadly available through the whole of the sexual, and of the human experience. OneTaste teaches people the practice of orgasmic meditation in order to allow people to learn through practice how to access this depth and breadth of this state more and more throughout their lives.
Flow Genome Project is a trans-disciplinary, international organization committed to mapping the genome of Flow by 2020 and open sourcing it to everyone. Flow is an optimal state of performance where time slows down, self vanishes, and there's a merger between action and awareness. Extreme atheletes, musicians, comedians and many more learn to access these states in peak performance. Today companies and people are looking at how to maximize their time in flow.
Participants in the weekend retreat on Orgasm and Flow will learn through experiential exercises how to trigger flow states and practice orgasmic meditation. There will also be lecture and Q&A with the world's leading experts on Orgasm and Flow.
