Interlinked’s Scholarship Program, Tomorrow’s CEOs Today, Had Student Recipients Invest $12,000,000 of Mock Funds at FSXinterlinked Investment Conference

The program, which was successfully inaugurated last month at the FSXinterlinked investment conference, provides scholarship recipients with the unique opportunity to experience real-world deal making, watch companies pitch their investment opportunity, and collectively decide which companies the scholarship fund should invest in.
The 12 recipients of Tomorrow’s CEOs Today scholarships were selected from a competitive group of high school students who have excelled academically and have overcome personal challenges to succeed. At the FSXinterlinked conference, the students were given $1 million in mock money and had the opportunity to watch companies present their investment opportunity, participate in the funding roundtables and choose how much to invest in each company. Likewise, investors at the conference also did the same.
