MilitaryConnection.com Unveils Newly Redesigned Website
Simi Valley, CA (PRWEB) December 09, 2014 -- MilitaryConnection.com, one of the most comprehensive directories of military and Veteran resources on the web, has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website. The web site provides thousands of resources with a focus on employment and education. MilitaryConnection.com has been named a Top100 Employment Web Site for the last five years by the International Association of Employment Web Sites (IAEWS).
The revamped website has a clean, uncluttered design, improved functionality, and enhanced content. The redesign also addresses the requirements of the increasing digital user base by providing easy access to the site’s extensive resources, featuring a responsive design that makes navigating the website on smartphones and tablets more user-friendly.
“We are excited about our new website,” said Debbie Gregory, CEO of Military Connection. “The new enhancements will ensure a superior and informative experience for our users.” According to Gregory, “Our goal was to design a user-friendly site and make it as seamless as possible to navigate. The resources on our website have grown and evolved so much in the last few years, we felt a new site was needed to showcase who we are today and respond to the changing needs of our users.”
Among the Home Page features are an overview of the resources contained on the site, the Top Opportunity Parade, the News Blog, Featured Events and Jobs. Upon navigating through the site, users will find drop down menus with information for each Service Branch (Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Army National Guard, Air National Guard and Reserve), Veterans, Resources, Jobs, Education, Housing/Finance, and R&R including travel.
Ed Draper, Assistant Director, Office of Veteran Affairs at D'Youville College, expressed his approval of the redesign by saying, “Simply put...an outstanding upgrade to the previous web site and has risen the bar to a new level on service and dedication to our nation's active military and veteran communities."
The company invites your feedback, which can be sent to info(at)militaryconnection(dot)com.
