The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri announced its launching of a Missouri Purchasing Group utilizing BidNet’s e-procurement solution, SourceSuite. The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri announced its launching of a Missouri Purchasing Group utilizing BidNet’s e-procurement solution, SourceSuite. The Missouri Purchasing Group allows Poplar Bluff to deliver convenient, centralized online access to bid opportunities to its suppliers. As the pioneer of the Missouri Purchasing Group, the City of Poplar Bluff looks forward to working with other local government agencies within Missouri to build a regional group that helps connect local government agencies to collaborate, share resources, and connect with local vendors.

The City of Poplar Bluff began using the purchasing group on December 8, 2014, offering vendors instant, online access to open RFPs, RFQs, addendum and award information. Poplar Bluff invites all local vendors wanting to do business with the city to join the purchasing group. Vendors will receive access to Poplar Bluff’s bid opportunities and business opportunities from new participating local government agencies utilizing the Missouri Purchasing Group moving forward. Vendors can register online at Bids.SourceSuite.com.
